Too many colleges are budgeting barely adequate amounts for technology to improve their business processes (according to a new report issued by Educause's Center for Applied Research). The report collects the results of a survey of 350 campus technology officials. Many of the officials said they had no plans to change their methods for making business decisions, even if they described their current practices as merely satisfactory.
